The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for providing technical project planning, management and oversight for key initiatives and implementation projects, ensuring first that these initiatives and projects are closely aligned with strategic priorities, and second, that these initiatives and projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget and with an extremely high quality of deliverables.
Day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Member of sprint team and support Sprint planning
• Contribute to Customer technology Strategy
• Ensure customer requirements for Public Cloud Services are delivered on time and within defined SLAs and KPIs
• Manage customer feedback and work on identified improvement areas.
• Ensure operational support ability of design, development and engineering by working with operational support team in design and development such that the solution is operationally support able technically and is properly documented operationally. i.e. DevOps model
• Responsible to ensure adherence of Security and Compliance policies and procedures by Team
• Identify delivery risk and highlight whenever required
• Customer escalation point
• Technical infrastructure design, testing, deployment including required documentation and change control
• Provide Lessons Learned through each iteration of development process and incorporate ongoing changes to processes and/or technology to improve effectiveness.
• Draft author and Maintain Architectural Handbook engineering sections such that the handbook illustrates current state of the environment
• Draft author and Maintain Design documents such that the Design documents illustrates current state of the environment and is aligned with Architectural Handbook.
• Automation Services: Engineer and drive implementation of automation services into the Public Cloud
