We are looking for a 10+ Years of Experience as Delivery Manager for our Cloud Managed Services where we manage our clients’ cloud environments.  This includes cloud implementation projects, infrastructure operations, cloud security, compliance and customer engagement.  This role will also support business growth and financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the over all day-to-day operational management of the assigned portfolio of accounts

• Ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations to the client and adhering to the SLAs

• Work with the service delivery teams and the leadership to ensure incidents, problems, and change requests are managed and escalated as required to ensure high quality delivery and adherence to the committed SLAs and contractual obligations

• Efficiently manage the delivery and support of multiple simultaneous projects

• Work with the delivery team to develop and present periodic status reporting and present to the client

• Build competencies and develop repeatable solutions that will enable the team to manage and deploy solutions in a cost effective manner as well as enable the team to work more efficiently in day-to-day operations

• Perform project management tasks for new projects which includes initial needs assessment, scope definition, resource planning, managing milestone/deliverable targets, develop project costing and write SOW’s

Qualifications Required:

• 5 years of project management experience with managed services

• 5 years of experience in public/private clouds

• Experience in managing multiple teams spread geographically and across time zones

• Experience in managing multiple clients

• Demonstrated capability to manage financials

• Presales support, SOW and Change Orders

• Demonstrated capability to effectively and manage customers

• Demonstrated capability to manage and scale multiple teams effectively to optimize costs and quality deliverables.

• Good project management, people management and communication skills

• Experience managing agile projects

Preferred Skills:

• AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud certifications

• PMP Certification

• Consulting Background preferred
